Our support staff look after new and existing customers both on and off site between 10am and 6pm Monday to Friday.

In 2009 we introduced a new call logging system to streamline and manage the support calls. This new system is more efficient for off site technicians to be aware of new support calls. Our technicians are often up a ladder or under a house but endeavor to contact you as soon as possible.
